Whilst we do not actively encourage minors, (people under 13 years of age) to join this site, there should not be any material within likely to cause offence. Members may upload their own profile details which may show details of a personal nature. However, the user's true email address is never shown on screen, all correspondence will be via the website scripts. Members also have the option to remove persons who cause offence from their list of friends. If any member gives cause for concern, they should be reported to the webmaster who may decide to terminate the member concerned and if need be report their actions to the appropriate authority. Non-members do not have access to the profile area, and will instead have to use a normal email address. However, in most cases, it is optional as to whether or not a person decides to publish their email address. We cannot be held responsible for people who do list their email address. Should minors decide to purchase goods from the website, they will require access to a credit card. As such, parental consent should be sought before they use said card. Should there be any problem, both ClickBank or PayPal being reputable organisations should refund your card if they are made aware of the situation. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made without parental consent. |
