Any testimonials used on this site are unsolicited and genuine. They would have been sent to us by email, and copies of same will be held on file. Where possible, we will also include the email address of the poster so that you can contact them and verify their comments. We do not knowingly set out to "mislead" people by quoting bogus claims. As such, any earnings quoted on this site should be verifiable by the person or persons making the claim, be it the webmaster or any members quoting values in forum messages or articles etc. The comments posted on the end of articles, or postings made on message boards are the opinion of the individual, and may not be shared by the webmaster. Under the terminology of "Freedom of Speech", we allow anyone to make their opinions known to others. However... any comments deemed deemed to constitute 'Defamation of Character', libelous or likely to cause offence to others will be removed by the webmaster. Such comments will be removed as soon as they are brought to the attention of the site owner, but the owner cannot be held responsible for any actions until said comment is removed. The "Web20SiteMakerPro" software is sold 'as is'. Whilst it is believed the software is 99% free of any programming errors, the publishers cannot be held responsible for any problems that arise as a result of using the script. Our only liability will be to corrrect any fault within the software by issuing updated scripts to vendors where realistically possible. At present, webmasters must log in at Web20SiteMakerPro to gain access to the admin area of their site. However, in the unlikely event that the publishers decide to close the above website, arrangements will be made for the scripts on your server to run as a stand alone utility. This would be the end of our liability to you. |
